Hi, we’re Candy and Francisco. We have been welcoming Ocean City guests since 2022.
We enjoy creating a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly place where guests can relax and make wonderful beach memories. We personally care about Condo 406 and regularly replace or upgrade furniture, décor, and amenities to keep the space fresh and welcoming.

Good to know
Simple stay policies
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the front desk.
- After-hours arrivals use the labeled envelope in the black after-hours check-in box.
- The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
- No parties or events. Only registered guests may enter or stay overnight, and occupancy may not exceed the confirmed reservation.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep music, television, voices, and balcony conversations low.
- No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.
- No candles, incense, fireworks, or other open flames. Never tamper with smoke or carbon-monoxide detectors.
- Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly. Do not move large furniture or attempt repairs.
- One covered-garage parking pass is included; public parking beside the building is subject to availability and posted signs.
- From May through September, only service animals and owners’ dogs are permitted by the building.
- In the low season, approved pets may stay with a $55 pet fee.
Direct booking with clear pricing
Request your dates and save
Booking directly avoids third-party booking-platform service fees. Condo 406 does not add a separate platform service fee. Your complete quote will show required taxes, any disclosed cleaning or pet charge, and the refundable damage deposit before you pay.
Required lodging taxes: As of January 1, 2026, direct stays are generally subject to 6% Maryland sales tax plus 6% Worcester County room tax - 12% total - on taxable lodging charges. These taxes are required by law, are paid to government agencies rather than Condo 406, and may change.

Same direct-booking savings: Whichever payment method you choose, you avoid third-party booking-platform service fees. Never send payment until availability, the full quote, and the rental agreement have been confirmed in writing.
Required refundable $300 damage deposit: Every direct reservation requires a $300 damage deposit or card authorization, regardless of payment method. Card reservations use a temporary authorization when available. Zelle or Venmo reservations require the $300 deposit to be paid and then refunded after checkout inspection when there is no damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, or serious policy violation.
